Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented female candidates for a Tele Marketing role in our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer interactions, and supporting the sales team through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Introduce and explain real estate projects to clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
- Schedule site visits and meetings for sales executives
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in (English / Telugu / Hindi as required)
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Intermediate
Experience:
0–3 years in tele calling / tele marketing / customer support (real estate preferred)

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing/sales team
- Generate high-quality leads through online and offline campaigns
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and site visits
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
